All orders are packed and shipped out within 3 working days (please allow for additional processing time during sales or new releases), you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number once your parcel has left our studio. Please note that both our embroidered and handmade items have a processing time of 1-2 weeks and will delay your order. Shipping timeframes can be viewed in our FAQ or within your shipping email. If the allowable time has passed and you still have not received your order, get in contact with us so we can chase up for you.
